Kayak Fishing With the Kayakfishing.com Guides

Day Trips:

Kayak Fishing Trip Special at Ocean Cove- $199 per person

A great experience for active kayak anglers and outdoor recreationists just looking for a good time.  Suitable for friends, kids and families.  Meet early, launch and get underway with a short paddle to the fishing grounds.  The benefit of advice and feedback from the guides and pro-staff will leave you with loads of kayak fishing knowledge.  Back on the beach, the fish cutting lesson alone is worth half the price of admission while the guides serve up a hearty shore-lunch.

The Coastal Kayak Fishing School

$295.00 per person, 2 guests/one guide

$465.00 solo

For anglers entering the sport and looking to shortcut the learning curve, the CKF Schools fish on the Sonoma Coast, April-December, and up to 4 times a year in Malibu, May-October.  This full day session is comprehensive, will lay the foundation for entering the sport and catching fish with content that has been saving anglers money for 2o years.  Even for anglers with a few season’s experience, this is a great session for dialing it all in.

CKF Schools are Fully Outfitted as needed

Bring your boats, tents and RVs (or take local lodging) and join us at Ocean Cove for a weekend of kayak fishing, food and fun! Arrive Friday for a few Seminars and Tutorials (and a fish-fry dinner), fish Saturday and Sunday.  Catch lingcod, rockfish and even salmon when they’re there.  A number of other species are landed too.  We did similar trips for years, fishing for mostly lingcod and rockfish, in La Bufadora and Puerto Santo Tomas in Baja California just south of San Diego.  Big Sur too.  The Sonoma Coast is 100X better with more fish, bigger fish and overall better ocean conditions in a sustainably managed fishery (than Baja). Generally, more fish are released than retained on these trips and many anglers take home more value in filet than the cost of the trip.  We encourage the release of all “trophy” rockfish following an extensive photo shoot.

Coming from afar? Rental kayaks for this trip are available.

We’ll send a detailed gear/tackle list with your trip confirmation info so you come to the beach with all the right stuff. Contact Weekend@Kayakfishing.com or by phone anytime with questions.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
