MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

MJ Kennedy and I will represent the kayak fishing community on the MLPA South Coast Regional Stakeholders Group.

The main reason we were selected among a group of government, institutional, and academic figures is the help and support of the people who paddle out to fish Southern California's rich ocean.

It was a near-run thing.

Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for your trust and confidence. MJ and I will do our utmost to preserve kayak fishing access.

The work is only beginning. At critical times, we'll ask for more of your help.

We're here for you - never hesitate to contact us with questions and concerns.

Paul

You've got my vote Paul and I'm sure the vote of everyone who wants to fish So Cal, kayak or otherwise.  I'll do my part and get out the word to others.  If you guys see a site where this isn't getting full attention, light a fire. Good luck and G-d save the fishery...for us!  Take a stand and rally your friends to do the same.

Dear Mr. Koch,
Kayak anglers are a major part of Southern California’s recreational fishing scene. We are also unique, in that our ocean access is limited to a small number of safe and productive launches. Our interests can only be represented by another kayak angler. For that reason, I support the appointment of Kayak Fishing Association of California Director Paul Lebowitz and KFACA Deputy Director MJ Kennedy(RSG alternate) to the Coast Regional Stakeholder’s Group.
Sincerely,
