AnacapaBob- How was Friday at Arco? Going Sunday??

I'm checking the C street surf cam and it's kinda hard to get a true water and wind picture. Surf looks small and wind light at 11 am. Trying to get the stoke up for Sunday. What's your spidy sense saying? I'm going thru my trolling plugs and wondering-any preferred color or size? Do you guys use any attactant, like Pro Cure or Hot Sa :-*uce, or is that too gay?
Thanks,
-Scott

Hey Toad Patrol. Gather your rapalas in small dark colors, swivils and 20 lb. flurocorbon. Sharpen you gaff and bring a gunny sack, cooler with ice, fish cutting board and knife. Have you radio locked on channel 69 alpha and prepare for the blood letting my brother.
Hawaii'n Style Vince and I will be at Sea Cliff about 06:30.
It was blowing again today as I attended Capt. Randy's wedding on the beach here. There was some surfable N/W swell but it should be lightening up a bit tommorrow.
I just got my new Tarpon 160! It is a slaughter machine with a fly rod holder in moss green like Pierponts.
I will be trolling with a fly on an 8 weight flyrod while simultaneously trolling a rapala.
I can't frigging wait for the crush zone magic hour!
No Attractant, no bait, no mercy. Just trolled rapalas will
get you into the "happyland of horror." Hahahahahahahaahhaaha!
Sunday report: you didn't miss much as the slime were in hiding.
Sea Scrambler, Vince, myself and another Ventura kayaker searched for miles looking for them.
The conditions were amazingly greasy flat once you got past the larger N/W surf. The water was very clear on the outside and I thought for sure the slippery devil beeotches would be ready to munch but no!
We were forced to fish the island to get a little stink on our hands.
I used a flyrod with a small white/chartruse clouser to catch and release small calicos and mackeral which is always very fun. Vince fished plastics with squid and talked about the two legal lings he caught there the week before.
I just might hit it up again when the water warms a little more. It seemed a bit cooler today.
Note to Cuda; You deceitful, smelly, junk munchers! I will find you again soon and when I do, I'm gonna stuff your slimy asses in my gunny sack as if I was picking cotton. In fact, I gonna use a "mutt mit" or plastic dog poo bag on my hands to handle your greasy carcasses. Ohhh, run and hide now for next week you will have X's where your eyes were and children will poke at you with sticks on the beach while I walk my gear back to the truck. Until then, keep on munch'n like you own the whole ocean grease bags! I'll be back.

Blessed is he who sheperds the weak in the valley of darkness, for he is trully his brothers keeper and the finder of lost children. I will strike down upon thee with great vengence and furious anger on those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers....
