Glad to hear it!  I'm in the North Central zone from Point Arena to Pigeon Point I think and it doesn't open until June 13th...while I'm on the East Coast so it should be a stellar opener.

Fishing was good with some serious fog.  The central coast is an amazing fishery but care must be taken as to remembering where you launched from.  I fished Saturday, Sunday in Cambria and had a great time.  There were large johnny bass, blues, gophers and the occasional ling.  Sunday morning was slow but toward the afternoon, the pig reds started to bite and it was on!  The fog was low laying and intimidating at times but with a gps, you are ok.  At least it keeps the wind down allowing a great afternoon fishery.  Kiss Grin
