No bites today, the river is low and clear.  We were looking for a sign of steelhead before we do a 2 car drift to hit a lot of holes. 

Wading the shallows, a commotion got my attention to see a big fox rumaging through our pile of gear on the bank.  It picked up my landing net, dragged it and dropped it.  As we approached, the fox picked up my buddy Clay's shoe and ran into the woods.  The fox and Clay's shoe were never seen again.

I love fishing.
