That took long enough Toast, thanks and welcome.  What the readers really want to see is pix of you East Coasters with fish.  Feel free to post your events and any worthy news.  With so many regional forums it's virtually impossible to participate with any dedication so check in when you can.
I'm up here in Nor Cal waiting for some rain to budge the sturgeon and steelhead.  I hear the giant squid are showing too!  What a State! The most adventurous kayak fishers fish year `round.
Whack`em,

Spike,

If you still think you might make it east, drop me a line.  The cows are starting to come home!  There are already a few BIG stripers being caught around the bridge-tunnels (40+ inchers).  As the water temps drop they will be entering the mouth of the Bay.  I just set my eel traps to get bait for the winter.

I will spread the word about the forum and post up with pics as they arrive.

Cheers!!!

We'll be out down the road.  Fat Eastern striper is about my favorite eating fish and one of the few I'll order in a retraunt here in Caliofornia.  Never a menue fish, always a special.
Keep `em coming.
Thanks
