Ecotrust MLPA survey EXTENDED - Sign up thru Oct 7!!!

WHAT: If you signed up for the online Ecotrust SoCal MLPA Survey and couldn't finish it for whatever reason, your time is running out. As of Oct 7, this thing is done.

WHY: This data product will carry tremendous weight in the reserve planning process. A lot of closure decision-making (where NOT to slam the door) will be based on it. Get your say!

Only 296 people in all of Southern California had completed a survey as of Sept 18. Do you want to trust YOUR fishing spot to such a small group of unknown people?

HELP IS AVAILABLE: If you have any survey issues or concerns, please contact Ecotrust. They can provide technical support, reactivate expired survey invitations, restore incomplete sessions, and even perform a limited number of in-person surveys.

The Ecotrust survey sign-up deadline has been extended through Oct 7.

Please note the sign-up page won't give you a confirmation. Look for an email from Ecotrust. If you haven't seen one within two business days of signing up, email fish@ecotrust.org for help. And if that doesn't work, please contact me. We'll get it work.

People now have through Oct 10 to complete the survey. If you haven't gotten to it yet, what are you waiting for? This is the easiest single step you can take to protect your favorite saltwater fishing zones.
