I've had no luck the last 2 years of my hunt. Where is my best place to launch in search of the beast?
Thanks
Peace Out

This late in the summer I would try Santa Claus (Padaro) Lane. I have about a 50% success rate there. Troll between the beach, Carp Reef, and the kelp/reef that's one mile off Santa Claus Lane Beach. Summerland has been very slow this summer in comparison.

Thanks for the help wolfman, I was starting to think everyone fell off the world. Where do you park when fishing there? I don't get a chance to do much fishing up there. Is there still a jet ski launch at Arco island?
Peace Out

Assuming you're coming from points south and east, exit at Padaro Lane, go left under the freeway, then left again. The railroad has put up a fence along the tracks, so park as close to the beach access as possible - you'll see it. As for Arco Island, I don't think there's a jetski launch anynore. Haven't been there in a long time. Good luck!
