It's that time of the year again.  Hooked and lost two yesterday.  Handed off mine to first timer Ben/.  He buttoned down the drag too hard and the line parted.  Ben hooked a second one that ran toward the beacjh and wrappad the leader in the kelp.   Lots of bait, harbor seals,  and tails in the water.  Multiple stand-up paddle boarders reported a juvenile Great White.  Unusual for this very shallow area, even with the seal population.

IRT my own surprise at the juvenoile white reported -  just read today that smaller threshers get eaten by them.....
