The best shot is Deep Hole at the LA/Ventura County line.  I sent Nick and Jack up there to fish in 80 feet in front of the houses and they scored one out of 3 bites.

It's an early bite.  With swell, launch at Leo and paddle up.  Best bait bet is killing a scoop of squid from Oxnard the night before.  Fresh dead is as good as live.
