A fish report!?!?!?!?!

By the looks of this board, nobody fishes anymore. Well, I took a paddle around MDR harbor dragging a rapala all over for NOTHING! I stopped and tossed my plastics in several of my secret spots for NOTHING! I then was fishing between the UCLA boat dock and the Coast Guard boat and in tight to the rocks and finally got bit! Pulled in a 3 or 4 pound BONITO! He has lots of followers so I casted again and got the same! After that I could not find them again. Very cool, I have never caught a Bonito in the MDR harbor. Turned out to be a good day of fishing instead of a nice long paddle which is what I set out to do.

Good job on the Bonito! The weather has been crappy with only a few windows of opportunity for yak fishing. Hopefully, we'll get a warm spell and I am sure activity on this board will pick up. Stick around!
