Decided to take a seflimposed 4 day weekend so I met up with Efish to see what the Bu had to offer. Launched about 7ish to small ankle slappers to perfect (no wind) glassy conditions. Our plan was to drift for Halibut and maybe look for some sheephead. Weather was beautiful and glassy most of the day until a huge fog bank headed in and we couldnt see chit. No barndoors or sheephead for us today. i got a toad calico (probably 6lbr) and eric got a few calicos but nothing went bendo for us. at the end of the day the fog burned off but a really strong offshore wind showed up blowing gusts of up to 40 mph offshore so we decided to head in. Nice day out on the water with a good friend.

Ya it was nice to chill with you for the day. I think if there would have been more of a tide change the fishing would have been a lot better. Watch out for those off shore winds!!!!!! When they start blowing that should mean time to head in for the day....
peace out
