A travesty for anglers and fisheries, this is a peek at what anglers outside the Golden State have to look forward to.   The fight ain't over yet.

A new, printer-friendly brochure titled "Marine Protected Area Information for Recreational Fishermen" is now available online at www.dfg.ca.gov/mlpa/pdfs/nccmpas_brochure_highres.pdf .
