today was a great day. i didnt catch anything but i did get a chance to take my son out kayakfishing for the first time. he had a great time and he managed to catch a couple of macs and a few mystery bites. we fished both the harbor as well as outside and he did great. during the trip he sat in the tankwell and i gave him one of those gardening cushions to sit on. he was comfortable the whole time and now i think i now have another fishing buddy to add to the list. i think i'll take my daughter out next week.   Smiley
